Head expanders in a variety of materials and configurations are available to match with any manufacturers vibration system. Magnesium or aluminium, welded or casting, square, round or rectangular, the choice is yours. CVMSL will engineer head expanders and fixtures to meet your unique specimen mounting requirements, carry out additional modifications to the shaker system and take charge of installation and testing.

Naturally, finite element analysis (FEA) is used to optimize designs for exceptional dynamic performance. Damping treatments, corrosion protection, thermal isolation and bearing-guided head expanders are all available as an option.
